How to judge the quality of Led Driver?

A few simple ways to identify the quality of an Led power supply:

1. PFC (Power Factor Correction)
        Now some countries will require at least PF>0.7, but not necessarily high PFC is good, but also consider the overall oblique wave (small), ripple (small), interference (low), because some manufacturers deliberately make the PFC very high but ignore the electromagnetic compatibility part.

2. Conversion efficiency
